Staff were super especially Jasper on reception. Spa is great and nearby tram gets you into town in 30 mins. Room very nice, appreciated the large bed and aircon. Very dog friendly with a garden.

The staff is very polite and kind, during the week I had a few days the spa just for myself and it was perfect. Also the food is good and very affordable for a fine dining restaurant.

This is the second time for us and it was perfect. We got an upgrade of the room free of charge although we did not enjoy it of its maximum. Good room (apartment), good service and wonderful spa.
