The location was excellent and it was very easy to follow the guidelines provided by the agency. Also, we were able to get an early check-in which was great.

The apartment is in a great location—central, convenient, and easy to get around from. However, it doesn't have a balcony or a clear space to hang clothes, which was a bit inconvenient. There's also no backyard, so drying laundry can be tricky. Overall, the place is nice, but considering these drawbacks, it might be slightly overpriced for what you get.
