Great stone villa, built in the characteristic Maniotic architecture style. Very spacious, clean and well-equipped, with two full-size bathrooms. Could easily host 6 people (although we're only 3), good value for money. The complex has two small pools, both clean and with great sea view. Excellent location next to Pantazi beach (15 min walk) and Agios Nikolaos village (5 min by car, possibility for a longer walk too).

Polyana Estate is located in a wonderful landscape - open sea on one side, beautiful mountains on the other. 2 lovely pools allow you to enjoy this wonderful view. The nearby town is authentic and full of taverns on a small marina. So are other towns and beaches nearby. Vicky, the warm hostess, provided a wonderful welcome, recommendations for where to eat in the area and for everything needed.

Beautiful location - nice walk to the little town with lovely restaurants. Accommodation was comfortable , clean and well equipped . Our only issue was running low on hot water but the lovely gentleman sorted that out quickly. We will be back I’m sure
