Always great value for money , you get what you pay for. It has everything you need. For a one night stay to catch your flight on the next day it's perfect.

The hotel is housed in a beautiful Art Nouveau building, in an area that's practically city centre but outside the Old Town. The location is great if you're travelling by car since there's a private parking available for hotel guests nearby. Bus/tram stops just around the corner, so it's easy to get to the Old Town by public transport. The rooms are spacious, with high ceilings and classical furniture; the interior decoration of the hotel also matches well with the Art Nouveau architecture (I'm so grateful they haven't ruined it with modernism!). Fridge in the room is useful, especially since the hotel restaurant was still closed (no breakfast available). The bed was comfortable, and despite the traffic outside the rooms are relatively quiet. 24/7 front desk. Price/quality ratio is really good, will probably choose this hotel again if the room prices stay reasonable in the future as well.

I used to live in Riga. So I needed a place based on my needs to conduct my business. . However, it´s not far away from old town, a 15 - 20 min walk (bus, tram stations also close by) ; same to the main bus, train station in Riga, and the same walk time to my favorite location in Riga "Tallinas Kvartals". So Location (for me) = Great. If you just want to spend a weekend in old town, you might wanna choose a different location. The room had all I needed, my wife however would probably disagree. So, for a short stopover it is a great budget, money for value Hotel. If you looking for a luxury stay, certainly look somewhere else.

The hotel was centrally located, you could basically walk to all the sights. It was very clean, especially the bed linen and towels. It was also spacious, with a separate room for kids.
