Location is superb, right in the middle of old town. As the apartment is on the 5th floor, it is very quiet and also spacious, modern, clean and all necessities are well thought through.

Location is really great, the view is also amazing. We had issues with the water, but that was some construction accident. The host was really caring and gave as a later check out option as a bonus.

EN Location: The location of the apartment is simply perfect—right in the heart of the Old Town, where every street is filled with history and a cozy atmosphere. All the main attractions, charming cafes, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Despite its central location, the apartment was quiet and peaceful, allowing us to fully relax after a busy day. Cleanliness: From the very first moments of our stay, it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority here—spotless surfaces, crisp white bed linen, and fresh towels. The bathroom was immaculate and even had a washing machine. The kitchen was tidy and fully equipped. This level of cleanliness created a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, making us feel completely at home. Value for Money: For a very reasonable price, we got a spacious, modern, and incredibly cozy apartment. Amenities: This place has everything needed for a perfect stay—whether short or long-term. The apartment is fully equipped: spacious rooms, a comfortable bed, a soft sofa, high-quality bed linen and pillows, ensuring a great night's sleep. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary appliances and utensils, allowing us to cook with ease. We really appreciated the small touches that made our stay even more comfortable—fast Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, tea, coffee, laundry and dishwasher supplies. Everything was well thought out, and we never experienced any inconvenience. Parking: There is a small parking area in the courtyard for residents of the building. The apartment owners have a parking permit. Summary: Our family had an unforgettable stay at Riga Old Town Apartment. The prime location in the heart of the Old Town allowed us to effortlessly explore historic landmarks and soak in the atmosphere of Riga. The apartment was spotlessly clean and exceptionally cozy, creating a true home-away-from-home experience.

The apartament is located very close to the old town on 5th floor. It was very clean and comfortable. We found there everything what we needed (tea and coffee, sugar, vanity kit, cosmetics, towels). The check-in/check-out instructions given by the owner were detailed and clear. We will definitely stay there again once we come back to Riga next time. :-)
