Great location right in the city centre. Good kitchen amenities and decent amount of space. Enough kitchen utensils for basic cooking. Very reasonable price for the location. I stayed at the end of October and the heating was already on and it was very warm. I even had to turn it down a bit. Did not sure the sofa bed so cannot comment on the comfort.

Great location! Very quiet and nice! Check in instructions very clear. Although it was summer, it was quite cold, but the owner quickly sent someone to turn on the heating.
