Was good value for money . Something between hostel and guest house vibes . Location very comfortable as close to many public transports , bus station and big shopping centres. Easy to access. Very good for a short stay or trip.

Perfect location as it is so near the train station and plenty of affordable breakfast options nearby (e.g. Troubadour Gourmand).

The hostel has a great location, right next to the Origo shopping center. There are cafes, grocery stores, and shops nearby, as well as a train station. The bus station is also close by, and there's a stop for the bus to the airport. If you're not familiar with the city, it’s very convenient because the location is easy to find. I spent several days at the hostel. It was my first time staying there, and I was a bit nervous. I stayed in a tiny single room. It was very simple and even a bit austere. However, it was pleasant and had a high ceiling. A great place if you need to rest for the night. It’s a modest place, not really meant for spending a lot of time. I liked how clean it was. The host’s attentive care was constantly noticeable. The door codes were sent immediately, and they worked without any issues. After checking out, I was allowed to leave my heavy travel bag at the hostel for safekeeping, so I didn’t have to carry it around the city. I am very grateful for that. Another plus is that you can pay in cash at the hostel.

I’ve stayed in Riga around 10–12 times, and this was by far the kindest, most polite, and most genuinely helpful host I’ve ever met. She was extremely courteous and always tried her best to help. The location is great, and I definitely recommend this place.
