It was actually bigger than expected. We needed it to hold 4 but with it could easily hold 8, with 3 double beds and 2 singles. We only really needed it for a place to sleep for 2 nights but it would have been perfect for a longer stay if required. Our host Andris was quick to reply throughout the day before we met him, and was there to meet us when we arrived. He then talked us through the best options for supermarkets and travel into the Old Town and would’ve been available throughout the stay if required, and gave us a flexible checkout time. He could not have done more for us.

We liked this booking - from interesting apartment in the attic to the host Andris, who is so helpful. Cool guy. The size of the apartment was perfect for our family (four together). Everything was included in both the kitchen and the rooms, plus, washing machine which was perfect for hot days in Riga. The location of apartment also is perfect with walkable distance to the Old Riga and to the other places, f. ex., opposite direction to the Central Sports District, where are lots of activities for kids. If you need public transport, apartment is almost on the corner for several trams and buses. The grocery store is across the street. Host Andris met us on arrival at the apartment and gave us all the basics we needed to know to enjoy the city. There is Andris free parking behind the house. He will show you a spot and it will be yours for the entire duration of your stay. If you need any extra information from Andris, he is all the time in this parking. Easy to catch him. But anyway, he has lot of maps and information about Riga and other places in Latvia in the apartment. Some toys for small kids also. 2 TVs where one has satellite connections, but other some local channels. Free WiFi.

Large penthouse in wooden house near to centre. Tram stop is about 50 meters. Andrei is great guy! You can ask everything and he will reply. Cozy atmosphere.🤗 Comfort 10+. And price is the best in town if u compare what u get!😎

Fantastic location, apartment is clean and cosy and has everything you could possibly need for cooking and serving. Andris provided everything you could need to make our stay comfortable, tea coffee, shower gels, shampoos, towels, guides for Riga. Lots of utensils for cooking, herbal teas, coffee maker and coffee and filters. There is free and safe parking available also but public transport on your doorstep or you could easily walk into the city centre. The apartment has personality and a great window for people watching on the street below while having a coffee. Andris the host goes above and beyond to help with your visit and give tips for visiting beautiful Riga. Our children all loved the apartment and there were toys available for them to play with and satellite TV.
