1. The neighborhood is very quiet during nights and mornings. 2. The alley and the entrance look a bit old but the apartment is totally modern, new and clean. 3. It literally has everything (kitchen, coffee machine, tableware, water cooker, bath robes and so on)! There were also a few coffee capsules, chips, water and travel size soap prepared for us. 4. The air conditioner and the fridge were life savers during super hot sunny days in late June. 5. There was WiFi and even Netflix for us to enjoy in the evening. 6. Using the key box to check-in and out was very convenient. 7. The owner always replys within few hours, very reachable and friendly. 8. There is a big free parking lot not far away. We parked through night and everything went well. 9. There are restaurants, bakery around. We also enjoyed the market on Saturday morning.
