A beautiful setting and facilities. Simple and tasteful. The Art Gallery and all the installations was a source of great interest, fascination and pleasure. Wow! Exceptional. Richmond was peaceful, fun and quaint, with interesting shops, eateries and people. A lovely 4 days!

Richmond is a hidden gem. Valentino was an incredible host. Welcomed me friendly, gave me great advice on what to do in the area and where to find the restaurants in town - everything within walking distance. This is a great place to stay over when traveling from Cape Town to central South Africa. As a bonus, you can unwind from your journey by strolling through the art gallery on-site and view/ purchase books made by local residents.
