Spacious, well-equipped apartments. Clean. Excellent transport accessibility, metro station, trains, bus stops nearby. Despite the fact that the apartments are located in a house on a noisy street, the rooms are quiet and comfortable.

Roomy clean and modern. Excellent location in centre of Richmond almost next to station. Lots of restaurants and shops within a minute or two. Parking available nearby in station carpark, convenient but expensive. Two bathrooms.

The property was clean, fantastic location, parking through the company was excellent value. We raised some concerns with the company, all of which were minor but did impact on our stay. They fixed the WiFi but couldn't do anything about the TV, bathroom door and a couple of other things. Their customer care was superb, I received apologies, they assured me the issues would be fixed and they were generous enough to refund me the cost of a nights stay. I would recommend them to people because of this, we were not 'fobbed off' but were dealt with professionally. I will go back.
