The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. Hotel location was perfect for Kew Gardens and the parking arrangements outstanding. Despite the extremely hot weather the room was lovely and cool. We ate in the restaurant, and had breakfast the next morning. All of the food was lovely and well presented. Wouldn’t hesitate to use the hotel again, and the tube station a short walk away would make it easy to get into London.

A lovely quiet, comfortable room with a well-stocked mini-bar, good coffee and a delightful sweet treat in a jar that refilled every day!

The room (30) was beautifully presented with little extras and great attention to detail. Excellent breakfast cooked perfectly. All the staff were charming and attentive.
