Exceptionally well planned and maintained property, combining modern comfort with traditional features. Real fire fireplace with supply of wood, real wooden floors. The view toward Yorkshire landscape is a big bonus. Combine all this with an amazing garden and very welcoming hosts - and you have probably the best place to stay for a visit to Yorkshire dales, City of York and all the castles and abbeys around!

Immaculately presented space, well appointed furniture and furnishings. We particularly liked the abundance of pillows in the bedrooms and the extra blankets on each bed were a godsend for my tall son whose feet poke out the bottom of the duvet! Bedrooms are good sizes and my teenagers were comfortable in the twin room.
