Keys were in a lock box but information email was sent prior to our arrival and we were able to access the property with ease. The property is just the most beautiful holiday home, decor was so well thought through to reflect the age of the house but so new and fresh. There is a wee well designed private outside area with seating, we had breakfast outside on both mornings. It would be hard for anyone to find fault with Beatrice Cottage. So much to do in Richmond plenty of wee shops, restaurants and walks. Loved our stay!!!

So pleased we stayed here. The cottage has been renovated very well, everything is of a very high standard. We especially liked the soft furnishings and decorations throughout the house, with the summerhouse a big favourite. Finding the cottage was easy as were all the instructions and information Nigel sent us. Well done and we will be staying again. Thanks
