The fine print
1. Passport or valid Canadian government issued photo ID must be presented upon check-in or check-in will be denied.
2. For more than 1 guest, $30 CAD per person per night. And must get the landlord's consent before check in, otherwise only one person can stay.
3. You must go back to your residence before 12 o'clock at night, so as not to affect the rest of other people. If there are special circumstances, you can discuss with the landlord.
4. The guest cannot allow anyone else to enter the residence. You cannot let anyone stay with you also.
5. It is forbidden to eat and drink on the bed, there is a beautiful marble dining table available in the spacious living room.
6. It is forbidden to use any tools to cook food in the bedroom. Cooking is not allowed in this listing.
7. Any commercial use of this listing is prohibited.

The owner of the house was very elegant and friendly, offered me a lot of help, very sincere people, the location of the house is very quiet, soundproofing is very good, the rooms are very spacious, recommended.
