The personnel is awesome and very responsive. We used their covered parking and the day prior to our departure and check out we faced a silly problem: we left the keys of our car inside the car and car got blocked. The personnel did their best to help us. They found a man (it was in the evening when nobody and nothing is working in Italy) who solved our problem. And we are very grateful to the personnel of Nautico Hotel.

The location was perfect for us. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Tried to make our stay exceptional. The breakfast provided was excellent. We truly enjoyed Riccione and plan to come back in the future. If we do, Hotel Nautico will be a choice for us. I'm looking forward to coming back!
