I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Ginevra. The overall experience was positive and the hotel served its purpose well for my trip to the Riviera. The cleaning service was satisfactory throughout my stay, though there is a little room for improvement. Like most hotels in the Riviera Romagnola, the walls are not soundproofed, so you can hear typical hallway and neighbouring room noises. This is something to be prepared for. At check-in, I was informed the POS terminal was not working, so the tourist tax had to be paid either in cash or by bank transfer. I chose the latter, which was processed without issue, but it’s good for future guests to be aware they might need an alternative payment method for this fee.

For the little I paid it was incredible. Great location, kind staff, and comfortable beds. I also got upgraded. True, I was totally off seasons but still nice care from the hotel management.
