Loved the location, the staff was friendly and easy to reach. The decorations were honestly adorable and looked like they were made by either locals or the owner themselves, which is awesome. Also the light fixtures were super cool!

It was always a pleasant stay, and I enjoyed it very much. It's a cozy, nice place with a beach, which is also great for hiking to Povoacao or the waterfalls, which I really enjoyed. The owner is extremely nice and friendly and also helped me with other tips about Sao Miguel. I would gladly recommend this accommodation again; it was a pleasure to stay here.

The accommodation is in a very good location for exploring the eastern side of the island. The village has one of those beautiful beaches perfect for swimming. Right next to the accommodation, there’s a fantastic restaurant – highly recommended. There’s also a garden behind the kitchen that belongs to the property, which is very cozy and a nice place to eat. The interior has a consistent style – not exactly to my personal taste, but it’s clear that everything is thoughtfully coordinated and that the owner truly cares about the details. Thank you for the stay!

Great location and price. We arrived in the late evening and slept very well. The double bed is comfortable and the place very close to Furnas, where we did the thermal baths at night. The host is very communicative.
