What a beautiful little home from home. Well equipped cottage in a good location. Although the cottage is close to a main road, this wasn't a problem as it's set back, and once inside, there was no traffic noise. There's a little front garden to enjoy weather permitting, unfortunately we didn't have great weather. A short walk up to the castle was a nice evening stroll, too. There's a local spar shop within walking distance and an Aldi for a main shop close by. There were a few pubs that do meals, an Indian restaurant, and a couple of takeaways in this tiny village. And, more hairdressers than I've ever seen in a village before!!
