The staff were very friendly but the lack of soundproofing in the rooms was an issue for us. We like to sleep late on holiday but it was impossible to sleep after 7am because of the noise from the hallway. The cleaner was trying their best to be quiet but the constant rusting of plastic bags was loud enough to keep us up. The hotel was lovely but not 5 star in our opinion.
