Great Customer Service very polite! We asked for an iron and it was delivered on spot! A wine, refreshing water and a juice were on the House waiting in our fridge! A goodbye snack was so sweet!

We stayed 4 nights at the “Terrazzo” apartment and everything was excellent. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, beautifully decorated with a mix of medieval character and modern touches. The location is ideal, right in the heart of the Old Town. Our host, Mr. Johnny, was extremely kind, polite, and always willing to help. He even welcomed our little one with a coloring book and pencils, and surprised us with freshly baked cookies before checkout, such a warm gesture! The apartment was very family-friendly, with a comfortable sofabed for our 3-year-old and safe space for our stroller. We would definitely recommend Mandorla Apartments to both families and couples without hesitation.
