We got relocated to the main hotel which was equipped with everything we needed and it was clean and the staff were helpful and professional

I didn't have breakfast. There was a lovely cleaner (not sure of her name, but said she was from Ukraine if this helps!). She was so attentive, greeted us every morning and went above and beyond! :) Jacuzzi's on the roof top were a fabulous extra to our holiday. Enjoyed a nice cold dip after a long day of walking. Fab location! But also tucked away from the town in the medieval backstreets. Would love to stay again and would recommend to friends/family.

I really enjoyed this place. It was in the old town and close to everything. The property was clean, and I loved that the cleaning lady would kindly offer me coffee in the morning—such a sweet gesture!
