“Bargain price clean and comfortable with a friendly pleasant atmosphere”

Absolutely outstanding customer service. My son fell ill and they very kindly let us keep the room until 1pm. The staff were all very friendly and the food was superb. 5 item Breakfast was fantastic value at £5.99 and perfectly cooked. The coffee was delicious. I will be staying here again regularly. The room was very sensibly priced too.

Unfortunately it is situated on an extremely busy cross roads with large amounts of heavy lorries going past immediately outside the window. I expect if there were rooms on the other side of the building they could be quieter. I was not able to get any hot water in the shower and the plumbing did look a little antiquated. The staff were delightful - from the Lamb and Flag across the road . Breakfast was not included but was easily obtained from the cafe below. Parking was not entirely obvious as everywhere seemed restricted. The main town car park is free between 1800 and 0800

The room was a excellent space and the bed was beautiful and comfortable. The facility's were as described and the breakfast in the down stairs cafe was stunning
