Comfy beds. Allowed to access the room earlier on arrival day. Shower was amazing. Friendly staff whenever you encountered them. Location was good - central mostly, only a five or ten minute long walk to the city centre, quite close to some attractions and the airport bus stop.

The decor was modern and very nice, the building (communal areas) were lovely and the location could not have been more perfect. The coffee was also very good. We also liked the bed, very comfortable.
