What did I like? Everything. Truly—everything. From the moment I walked in, it felt like stepping into a kind of magic: this exquisite wonderland in the perfect location, just steps from everything in Reykjavík, but somehow still its own peaceful world. The atmosphere? Fabulous. The design? Beautiful. The scent in the air? Absolutely hypnotic. But what made it unforgettable was the people. Every single staff member—every one—was kind, caring, and genuinely attentive in a way you can’t fake. The heartbeat of this place is its compassion. You feel it the moment you arrive… and it makes you never want to leave.

Clean and modern. Room was OK size, stayed in much bigger suites for the same price we paid, but it was good considering we were out for most of the day so it didn’t matter too much

The room and facilities were excellent and we had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were very attentive and friendly and made the stay enjoyable. The cocktails at the rooftop bar were exceptional.
