The hotel staff were very polite and welcoming. The room was cosy and included dressing gowns. It was also very accessible. The hotel is very close to the bus station.

Breakfast was very good. It was nice to be located near to the little beach area. We liked having the coffee machine in the room and I loved the Occitane toiletries. Staff were friendly and helpful.

An excellent place to stay if you're renting a car to avoid the traffic in downtown Reykjavik and only a 10 minute walk from the BSI terminal station if you're using public transport (this is in the opposite direction to downtown Reykjavik). The hotel staff were very helpful and always on hand if needed. The room was clean and comfortable. Didn't get chance to use the pool and spa facilities as we used the days to explore Iceland and they're not open during typical out of hour times (evening to early morning).

Room was clean and functional. Parking was plentiful. WiFi was good. The hotel looks nicer on the inside, than on the outside. Location was good, not far from the centre of Reykjavik (we had a car though). They give you a code on the TV for the restaurant. The qr code takes you to a drinks menu only. We couldn't see food available or see the restaurant menu, so didn't book a table at the restaurant and didn't order room service. Breakfast seemed expensive, so we didn't have it. My 8yo will not eat £23 worth of breakfast. Neither will I, for that matter. Note that the pool is considered 'spa' and not fitness, therefore it's not included in your stay. Not worth the price imho. It's next to a domestic airport,.I'm not sure where "natura" comes from. Only spoke to staff on checking in and out, and seemed fine.

Nice, clean hotel. Good breakfast. It’s perfect if you have a hire car and happy to drive 5mins into the city or a 25min walk but along a busy road.

Good location, room was spacious enough. We had a good view of the runway behind the hotel. Very nice decor and artwork displayed. Sufficient parking space. Staff was especially very cooperative and polite.

Good breakfast. Superb waffles. Clean room with fridge and possibility to make some coffee. The staff at the breakfast was very kind and effective.
