It's a very large flat, very spacious and newly renovated. It's very clean. It has many large windows which make it very bright. The price is low if compared with other structures in Reykjavik that are not as good as this. Bathroom is very big and clean and new. There's a huge TV that you can watch from the very comfortable beds. The kitchen is new, with a large fridge. It is very equipped and has some complementary tea and coffee. Though the house is in a very crowded square in Reykjavik, it is not noisy at all.

Great location on the heart of old town - close to one of the ports and close restaurants and bars. Grocery store was also close. Good kitchen and cooking facilities
