Please note all the rooms are accessed by stairs. The property is in a building with no elevator.Please note that Guesthouse Pavi is not staffed at all times. If you arrive when the reception is unattended, please phone the staff using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.This guesthouse is not staffed outside of check-in hours and can therefore not accommodate storage of luggage before or after check-in and check-out.Check-in is possible until 02:00 upon request.Drugs are not allowed in the property.Events and parties are not allowed.Although all rates are quoted in EUR, please note that charges will be made in ISK according to credit card company exchange rate on the day that the charge is made.Please note that the guesthouse is not staffed all the times and the guesthouse is monitored with surveillance cameras.From the 1st of July 2021, we will make some changes about check-in times.Our check-in time is now from 15:00–18:00.If you check in after 18:00, you will have to contact us for details about self check-in.

The property is located, about a 15 minute walk from Reykjavik. The room is spacious, comfortable for two people, and clean. Free paking close to the guesthouse

We had room with ensuite bathroom. It was very comfortable stay. Room was quiet and it had very comfortable beds. We slept there very well. The shared kitchen had everything we needed. Could not recommend enough. Would definitely come back! Location was great also!

Basic, clean accommodation, warm rooms. We upgraded to the ensuite room which was great except for the poor, un supporting pillows supplied on the main bed.
