The host, Zak was amazing, we arrived from airport tired with 2 young kids and found the house with full of fresh fruits, water, juices that Zak prepared for us. When he learned we would like to have a toilet seat for kids, he just immediately went and bought one for us, we really appreciate it. He was very nice and friendly with kids as well, my boys were asking every day if Zak is going to visit us :) House was very clean, modern, in a very good location close to the beach, restaurants, shops.

Zak is the most helpful host. The roof terrace with jacuzzi is perfect for afternoons and ending the evening. All is clean and the beds are super comfortable. The location is perfect for the beach in the day and the old town at night. Highly recommend

The property is a lovingly restored and beautifully appointed building in an excellent location, being both on the threshold of the pedestrian area of the old port and within easy walking distance of the beach. There are several supermarkets nearby the property and, all in all, I couldn't have hoped for a better location. An extra nice touch for us was the fact that the residence was cleaned for us during our stay, so we had all the independence of "our own place' but with that serviced experience of a hotel. In addition to the excellence of the property and its location, what made our stay truly exceptional was the warmth and kind-heartedness of our hosts, Zak and George. They afforded us true Cretan hospitality and made us feel like guests in their home rather than customers who were simply passing through. All in all, a great place to stay.

The location and rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi, along with the cool modern design were excellent.
