The appartment has everything you need, including a small kitchenette. No oven tho. Clean and comfortable. Very close to the beach, stores and even a small bakery around the corner where you can have morning coffee. Not so far to the old town either. Close to the beach strip with all the restaurants and night clubs but still quiet at nights so you can sleep in peace. The owner lives in the building and is usually available, at least through messages.

It is a very nice apartment, the owner is very friendly and I immediately felt welcome. It is located in a small.street near the beach so it's nice and quiet in the evening and night. I also really loved that there is a washing machine and a small kitchen.

Definitely the location is the number one here! Just a few meters from Rethymnon beach and the seaside road... everything is close... perfect. The beds were comfortable and i slept every night really good... Every device was working perfectly...nothing was missing... + the cool, fresh breeze on the balcony almost every night.

My friend and I stayed at Mr. Stavros’ place for 10 days and the apartmant is cosy, we had a great time staying there. Mr. Stavros is a good host, he welcomed us personally and showed us around the apartment. Drinks, coffee and tea was there, along with many other things - soap, shampoo, olive oil (which Mr. Stavros makes himself!), bath and beach towels, first aid kit, ironing machine etc. The apartment is 40 seconds away from the beach which is a huge benefit in itself. Markets and shops are very close by so you dont have to worry about that either. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we commend Mr. Stavros for being a good host.
