Clean and comfortable and only a very short walk to the beach and supermarket. We always travel at the end of September/ early October when it is quiet and Melitti is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and we thoroughly recommend staying at the Melitti, we stay here every year.

Very comfortable one week's self-catering holiday. Room size was good, likewise the balcony. Bathroom was tidy, a little on the small side but passable. There was pretty much everything you needed for simple cooking, though would have appreciated some more plates and breakfast bowls. Location a stone's throw from the sea and the beach. Town centre and the old town about 2 kilometres away, but it is a nice walk by the waterfront. There are pretty frequent local buses to town and the bus station only a few hundred meters from the hotel, if you don't want to walk. Supermarket nearby, likewise several minimarkets, tourist shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The hotel however is on a quiet street with hardly any cars, so no noise from the busier streets or the bars. Swimming pool area is okay, not very big, so during high season could be a struggle to get a sunbed. For a little swim and a dip the pool was fine.

We liked the fact that the hotel met its description. Our room was comfortable, we enjoyed the sea view and easy walk to the beach. The breakfast was delicious except for the coffee and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
