The staff are exceptional at this hotel, from the moment we arrived until the end it was the highest level. Nothing was an issue and the communication was responsive and helpful.

The staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely kind with the kids. There’s a wide range of support and special services available for both children and families, which makes the stay even more comfortable. The food was excellent, and the welcome we received on arrival was warm and professional. The whole team has a wonderful service-oriented attitude, and this applies to everyone we met — from reception and restaurant staff to cleaners and gardeners.
