We had an amazing experience at Elois Suites! Julia was incredibly kind and welcoming. Although we arrived late at night, she had already sent us detailed instructions on how to find the apartment, which made everything easy. The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed — fresh towels, kitchen utensils, a hairdryer, an iron, and more. We were even greeted with homemade wine and rakija, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The location is excellent — close to the center, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and all the main attractions. Julia stayed in touch throughout our stay and was always available for questions. She also gave us great local tips and recommendations for places worth visiting. We truly felt at home and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Location was perfect for our family to explore Rethymno town and enjoy sunny days at the beach. Comfortable sleeping arrangements, reasonably good shower with adequate temperature and pressure. A range of pillows to choose from. Climate control A/C. We had a very comfortable stay.
