Location, spaciousness, well maintained, well appointex bedrooms, friendly accommodating staff (especially José at the pool bar - fist bumps with stars!), the outdoor pools (salt not chlorine), helpful reception staff (thank you Diego) and enjoyable evening entertainment.

We have visited twice, unfortunately this time not feeling so positive. Suite comfortable but not aired and had a strange smell. Staff not as cooperative and food good but not exceptional.

The property was spacious modern clean and well maintained. We booked a twin room and were provided a double room but after requesting this be changed and showing the booking again an alternative room of the same standard was provided. The hotel staff were always polite and helpful.
