We liked literally everything! The rooms were lovely keeping the castle spirit - exactly what we were looking for. Beds were comfy, breakfast second to none and the staff was extremely friendly with good English and sense of humour. We felt very welcome by everyone from the parking guy to the restaurant cat (we did bring cat treats though). There is a communal area at the library with books (naturally), tv, board games etc. You can freely enjoy a drink there with your friends. There's also a Harry Potter themed greenhouse behind the castle for kids.

Extremely helpful and smiling staff. Excellent, they allowed MC to park in the courtyard. Nice the tour in the castle was included.
