Really nice apartment on a really beautiful point of view. The place is great, clean and silent, with a nice stare from the garden and the windows. Is a really good strategic point to travel along the Vale do Douro by car, you can both reach Porto in more or less one hour, or take the opposite direction and reach

A light lunch of bread and cheese had been left for us! Large open plan living/dining/kitchen area and a very spacious bedroom too. Lots of outside areas - a small patio with recliner chairs to look over the duoro valley for sunset, and another seating area with hammock was being made on the other side to enjoy sunrise. The bedroom has shutters over the patio doors and good blinds over the windows is really dark for a good nights sleep. Travel cot provided at no extra cost. Iron and ironing board available. Pod coffee machine in the kitchenette.

The location is amazing, with breathtaking views in all directions, and the apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped. Casmiro and Delphina are super friendly and provided us with a lovely spread when we arrived, lots of local information and suggestions, and were always very helpful and available for any question we had. We were also greeted by several cute and friendly dogs that kept us company during our stay whenever we wanted. The area has some nice walks nearby and is great to explore. I highly recommend spending a day taking the train up the douro and stopping in one of the many beautiful towns along the river.
