Modern hotel with good plumbing, soundproofing, good beds etc. Handy for 05 bus. Takes you to centre of San Sebastian in under 10 mins for €1.95 e/w. Small tapas bar Eder 2 minutes away. Additional bars and restaurants 15 min walk but the path is very steep.

Very helpful and friendly staff, great rooms, very clean, great bathroom, good breakfast, nice view over the town. Short walk to town centre. pubic parking outside of the door.

The breakfast was excellent. Very good variety and choice. The fresh orange was the best touch. Coffee is not nice. Everything else was execellent.
