I spent my birthday here and Zaour, who was at the reception, was very nice to me and managed with the team to help me get a surprise in the room - that was priceless! Thank you, hope to see you again! The breakfast is delicious and the room was more than we could want. :)

The room layout was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful when we arrived late in the evening, with our young toddlers. They were extremely hospitable in allowing us to sit in the restaurant and order a meal before closing. The staff were all extremely helpful in assisting us throughout our stay. We will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The location close to the station and the metro was perfect for us to see the city and do day trips by train. There were eating options near the station and it was easy to get into the old centre for dinner. The room was spacious and well designed with good storage and a nice bathroom. The room and facilities were in good condition, apart from the bed. It was a good place to stay for several days
