Good location between the train station and the old town, close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and museums. Nicely decorated common area with coffee, drinks, and food available to purchase. Strong wifi. Privacy curtains in the dorm rooms were very good. Beds well set up with power outlets and lights. Better price than anywhere else in Rennes.

Cannot recommend this place enough! Rooms are comfy, well-priced and clean, It's located a short walk from the centre, with a great view of the river and there are shops and cafes on its' doorstep. Staff are very friendly and always happy to help. Would definitely return in the future.

Excellent location,the public space was quite nice and the balcony was next to a river which is nice for summer. The place is well-maintained with clear guides.
