Spacious, not disturbed by any noise, very well fitted kitchen area (that we did not in fact use). Good to have a reserved and no-charge parking space on the pavement (sidewalk). Close (10-15 mins on foot) to the Cathedral area, as well as (6 mins on foot?) to the lively concentration of eateries near the Halles Centrales du Boulingrin.
