There are no keys given during the Check-In, as this was my 2nd stay I knew where to go to. Very quiet area, nobody disturbing me during my stay of 5 nights,

The area is green and very calm. Interesting feeling when going out for a walk and being able to cross the German-Czech frontier in 150 metres. The host speaks very good in English and was very kind to explain about the business in this area and other questions that you might have. The host is at home, almost the hole day, as he is busy with the horses. The apartment had a kitchenette with all the needed material to cook. The apartment was clean. The Wi-Fi speed was good enough for watching Netflix at medium quality.
