Nothing to complain, this property is exactly how B&B of this price category should be in my opinion. Owner is very friendly and helpful, but not annoying. The room totally meets description, except the size is a bit smaller than in description. Property is located on 3rd floor - it means, view from window is great, especially at evening, sea is visible. Easy access to the beach and very close to main touristic street with selection of cafes, restaurants, shopping etc. I came from Messina by ferry, it took ca. 25 minutes slow walk from seaport to reach the property. The breakfast is actually set of various cookies, yogurts, juices left in the room fridge, which is also helpful, as you don't need to wait a breakfast time :) Coffee is available 24 hours in the corridor.

Serena was an exceptional host: a very warm welcome with a plate of typical biscuits from Reggio Calabria, very friendly with great recommendations for things to do nearby. The room matched the description exactly, with daily cleaning and a restocking of the breakfast basket provided. The location of the accommodation is very central, making it easy to explore everything. The sea, restaurants, and a shopping street are less than a 5-minute walk away. Check-in and check-out were very easy. I highly recommend it!
