all the staff really friendly and helpful, decent sized well maintained car park, room nice, great location at the edge of the New Forest. Food at dinner and breakfast very good too

Great location for Peppa Pig World, along with a lovely restaurant and bar area serving top-quality food. This was the main reason for our return visit.
