Well located, fair priced for what it is, especially when i booked it as an emergency less than 2 hours before the check in, on a sunday evening. My room had a large bed, wardrobe, medium tv, table with a kettle, teas, coffees, sugar, few biscuits, a shower and toilet, thats it - not amazing but not bad at all, reasonable for the price.
