The fine print
Reception opening hours are from 09.00 to 16.00. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Redvue Holiday Apartments in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. To secure your room, a deposit of 1 night's accommodation is required at time of booking. Your deposit is refundable if you cancel your booking at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival. The deposit will be taken from your credit card the day of booking, alternatively, you can request our bank account details to do a direct credit. Please note that there is a non-refundable 2% charge when you pay with a credit card.
A Security Bond of $300.00 for Apartments and $150.00 for Studio Rooms for an individual booking or $500 for a group booking will be taken from your nominated credit card on the morning of your arrival to cover any breakages, damages or excess cleaning in our apartments. The security bond is released on inspection of the apartment/room upon departure. This can take up to 5 days to clear.
For safety and security purposes we will require all guests to provide valid photo ID (passport/driver’s licence) via our online check in prior to arrival.
Please be aware that studio and apartment sizes do vary. Please note that all rooms are individually decorated, and the photos are only meant to be used as a guide. Please note apartments are NOT serviced daily. If your stay is longer than a week, we do offer a mid stay service.Please note that there is a non-refundable 2% charge when you pay with Master/Visa credit cards or 3% when paying with American Express.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Close to beach and shops. The man at reception went above and beyond to welcome me and settle me into the unit. First time travelling solo so I appreciated the hospitality.

The ocean view was fabulous, so was the beach. There was an excellent restaurant we could walk to easily.

Awesome location; in easy walking distance to many food options and right across from the beach. Two bedroom apartment was very spacious and well equipped kitchen. Toilet was separate to bathroom and had its own sink which was convenient. Parking was included and seamless to find a park, locate the lift, and get to our room. We didn’t use any of the extra facilities like gym, pool area, or bbq, but they looked great.

The location is awesome and handy to everything. The studio apartment is a good size and has everything you would need. The facilities are great and well maintained.
