Red Barns is a beautiful historical house, freshly refurbished in a clean and modern feel. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of choices and included a freshly cooked full English of your choice. There is a comfortable lounge and a pleasant garden with a large patio with garden furniture available. There's an off street customer carpark, a 30 second walk away, with plenty of spaces. We were visiting family in Saltburn, which is a 15 minute drive away, so we didn't explore locally but it suited us and we would definitely stay there again.

What a joy this place is, John and Jackie greeted us on arrival and pointed out all the facilities and told us about the history of the building. The room was large and comfortable, the breakfast delicious. This property is close enough to the beaches to be easily walkable but far enough away that you are not disturbed by any noise. Next time we are in Redcar we will definitely stay here!

This is an exceptional B&B. It was spotlessly clean. All fittings were of a very high quality - We loved the large shower. The room was huge and everything we needed was there. Our hosts were lovely, breakfast was excellent and well presented - the sausages were very tasty.
