• Reception opening hours are as follows: Monday & Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm, Tuesday – Thursday 9:00am – 5:00pm , Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays 11:00am to 5:00pm.• Upon confirmation of booking, PREMIER SUITES serviced apartments will forward their Standard Terms and Conditions and Important Property Information relating to your stay. Should you not receive this information within 24 hours of booking, please contact the apartments directly.• A damage deposit of £250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.• Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due at least 1 days prior to arrival. You will receive a secure link called SOTpay to complete your transaction with Visa or Mastercard. Due to security reasons this link can only be opened once and will expire after 24 hours.• Please inform us of your arrival time . If you are arriving outside of our reception opening hours you will be emailed self -check in instructions once you have paid. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.• Reservations for 3 or more rooms will be considered a group booking and separate terms and conditions apply . For these reservations, 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and full payment 28 days prior to arrival.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.• Please note, the underground car park facilities on Minster Street can only be accessed between 11:00 and 16:00 due to bus lane restrictions, please contact the property with your car details to obtain 24hr CCTV exemption.Parking spaces must be booked in advance , charged at £16 per night.Please note the Height restriction in our Car Park is 6.2 ft . If you vehicle is over this please advise.• If you are arriving by taxi please note only black cabs have 24-hour access. Alternatively you would be dropped off a short walk away. Please contact the property for recommended airport taxi service.• Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability, not guaranteed and additional charges may apply.• Pets are welcome for guests staying 28 nights or more, please note we charge £250 end of stay cleaning fee.• The property offers local discounts with Restaurant , bars & shops . Central location, had everything you need and comfy beds! The place is spacious and very clean too. Would come again and stay here when in Reading. Worth mentioning about the excellent service from your staff Giulia; she is wonderful and truly a gem. She made my stay a breeze. I was a little bit anxious on the parking but she clarified on it and got it settled. Thank you Giulia!

Lovely spacious apartment right in the center of Reading town, fantastic for Christmas shopping, couldn't be better. The apartment itself was great, plenty of space, lovely and clean, nice comfy bed., I couldn't fault it.
