Breakfast is free of charge for children aged 0-6 years. Children between 6 and 12 years old receive a 50% discount on breakfast only when a rate inclusive of breakfast has been booked.For security reasons, unaccompanied children under the age of 16 are not permitted to stay at our hotels.Guests aged under 18 can stay at a Pentahotel only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Alternatively, they must provide a signed document confirming parental or guardian consent.
This document should include:
- Full name, date and place of birth, passport number, date of issue, and issuing office for both the minor and the legal guardian.
- Copies of the passports of both the legal guardian and the minor(s).
Failure to provide these documents will result in the refusal of the stayKindly note that the property only accepts payments by credit or debit card and cannot take cash. The hotel is really cosy & nicely decorated, checking in was quick. The room was spacious, nice toiletries etc. The breakfast was so so nice, decent orange juice & coffee, all elements of the cooked breakfast were well cooked & seasoned, so much choice & the banana bread was to die for. It was way better than we anticipated

Very quiet room (Courtyard view for ultimate peace) , Air conditioning works Perfectly (proud to say it because lot of hotels air conditioning is usually rubbish but this was perfect ) and was quiet !!! I am well travelled in Europe and UK so if i say it's good , it's good 😊 Big comfortable bed 👍 Very convenient hotel to spend the day to London .. Highly recommended 👍

Everything we needed was on hand. Loved the open plan layout for the Reception/Restaurant/Foyer/Bar area - very sociable.
