Breakfast is free of charge for children aged 0-6 years. Children between 6 and 12 years old receive a 50% discount on breakfast only when a rate inclusive of breakfast has been booked.For security reasons, unaccompanied children under the age of 16 are not permitted to stay at our hotels.Guests aged under 18 can stay at a Pentahotel only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Alternatively, they must provide a signed document confirming parental or guardian consent.
This document should include:
- Full name, date and place of birth, passport number, date of issue, and issuing office for both the minor and the legal guardian.
- Copies of the passports of both the legal guardian and the minor(s).
Failure to provide these documents will result in the refusal of the stayKindly note that the property only accepts payments by credit or debit card and cannot take cash. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, there was lots going on down on the ground floor and it had a great vibe. My room was clean and spacious, didn't try the restaurant in the evening (breakfast was a good spread) but there were lots of food options in the vicinity. Even though my hotel room was on the first floor directly above the reception / bar area it was nice and quiet in the room. As an added bonus water pressure in the shower was excellent at 6:45!

I liked my room being at the front of the property with a window overlooking the street. My room was well appointed with a nice selection of tea & coffee supplies on the large desk. The bed was a huge double/triple bed & very comfortable, the bed linen fresh & clean. My ensuite bathroom was nicely decorated, with walk-in shower, WC and sink with mirror, the shower had shower gel & shampoo, plus 4 or 5 different sized towels.

It was a venue for our work event. There were nice activity options at the ground floor—I did not use these as was there for another purpose but it was good to have the options as the hotel location is not where you can do a lot of things
