The fine print
When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The property will contact the guest following their reservation.We have no parking facilities on site and directly outside the hotel there are double red lines which means we do not have a drop off/pick up area for luggage. Before parking in one the recommended car parks below, the best place to park to drop off safely is the Reading Station Short Stay Car Park which is free for 20 minutes and is located opposite the hotel.When travelling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our seasonal menu and a side dish . Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.Starting 9th October 2024 our hotels will be cashless, please use cards or digital payments for transactions.

Breakfast was perfect beautifully cooked and good ingredients , really enjoyed our stay , staff were friendly and helpful at every contact , hotel was so convenient to the railway station but not compromised by closeness to it . perfect place to stay .

Breakfast selection was great. Having fridge and safe in room and decent coffee machine. Black out blinds. Sky tv channels. Rain fall shower, robes and slippers. Lovely bar area. Handy for train station and city centre.

The location was perfect for visiting the town centre, very close to the railway station and bus stops to visit some very interesting places in vicinity. We didn't require breakfast.
