I was attending a conference in Reading, and the property was a comfortable walking distance from the University. There are shops nearby, it is a spacious property. The workflow with checking in and out was easy. It was comfortable with all the promised amenities. Most of the content seemed brand new.

The flat had everything we needed….. and more. The starter pack was greatly appreciated, although we didn’t use it! It was greatly value for money compared to a single hotel room for a similar price, over the Christmas period. We also really appreciated the peace and quiet of the area and that it had a parking space!

The property was immaculate, every inch of it. The first thing i noticed was how incredible it smelt upon entry! There was a lovely set up of some snacks in the living-room which was a lovely gesture (and much appreciated) Every room was beautifully tidy and very spacious, the pictures do not do this place justice. Bed was incredibly comfortable Bathroom had every essential you may have forgotten again a lovely gesture By far one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed on booking.com Property located a 2 minute walk from a tesco express and a pub! We will definitely be coming back

Spotlessly clean. Lovely, modern apartment. Quiet, cosy and had everything we needed and more. Really liked the little touches such as the basket of bathroom supplies and toiletries, as well as personalised welcome note and treats. Rental company were fantastic and great communicators.
